~Zany Zone series continues – How to use God’s wisdom to make good choices in all areas of our lives like our relationships, our money, and the words we speak. 

~Kids don’t forget to bring your Bibles on Sunday

 

Life Groups - - “An Inspiring Life Changing Community”

~Impact Church currently has 3 Life Groups.  Please let Donnie King know if you are interested in finding one that is right for you.

 

What is happening in our Lives - -

~Donnie and Robin will be celebrating their 12 year Anniversary Sunday May 30th

~The Boones are hosting 2 Wilmington Shark players for the summer

~Baby Evan update – They are meeting this week with a neurosurgeon to find out about his surgery to open his skull which will allow his brain to grow, they have found out that his heart is too big, and he also has Ileus which is causing some complications for him as well

 

Opportunities to Impact our Communities - -

~Available Internship: In Chicago with Josh – talk to Donnie if you are interested

 

~Volunteering at the Boys and Girls Home – more information is coming soon Call Gray to find out more information

 

~Halo Hoops: “Poster Party” Halo needs to make about 50 contest posters for summer camps.  On Sunday June 13th after church Halo will serve pizza to those that would like to stay from 12 to 2 to make posters

~End of year Teachers Luncheon – Tue June 8th we will be serving lunch to the teachers of the NHCO Pre-K program.  If you would like to volunteer please let Gray or Robin know they would love to have your help

 

Ladies in Action - - This is a Ladies Group that meets monthly.  We have refreshments, devotion, and we organize ways to serve our church and our community.  If you are interested in joining us please find Barbara Golden.

~Next meeting is Tuesday June 15th at Impact Church at 6:30

~We are hosting a Bridal Shower for Heather Smith - June 6th at Robin King’s house from 3-5

~We are hosting a Baby Shower for Stephanie Smith - June 27th at Gray Boone’s house from 3-5

~Reach out to someone that you have not seen but, has been on your mind this week.

~Invite someone to come to church with you

~Baby Evan – Pray for his health, his family, his doctors

~Halo Hoops Summer Camps and Summer League – Pray for God's direction as the leaders prepare for the summer programs
